Doris Bradley Ingle, 85, of 18 Balsam Avenue, Asheville, died Friday, October 30, 2009, at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Brad and Rhonda Ingle, 75 Vermont Avenue, Asheville.
Mrs. Ingle was born in Buncombe County and was a daughter of the late Virgil B. and Ada Bryson Bradley. She was married to Dock Owen Ingle, who died in 1998.
Mrs. Ingle was a retired, self-employed accountant and she was a member of West Asheville Baptist Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Matha Ingle of Greenville, SC; one son, Brad Ingle and his wife, Rhonda, of Asheville; five grandchildren, David Sparacino, Jason Bradley Ingle, Kenneth Owen Ingle, Stacey Rochelle Ingle, and Kendall Brison Ingle; five great-grandchildren, Daniel, Jessica, Victoria and Kailyn Ingle and Emanuelle Pena; and two sisters, Faye Rickman and Ada Lewis of Asheville.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home with the Revs. Dr. James Johnson and Wade Zachary officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
