Bert and family,
We have been thinking of each of you and our prayers are with you as you gather for the funeral. I remember Barbara's kindness and great meals as a teenager when I would visit 129 Evelyn Place when Gpa Otto was in Oteen VA hosp. Her suffering is over and with Christ which is far better but you will still miss her. The Lord strenghten you. Psalms 116:15.

Praying for all of you in the days ahead, but rejoicing with you knowing Aunt Barbara is resting with our Saviour. What a blessing it will be to see our Saviour face to face as she is doing now.

My prayers are with the entire Councell family. Mrs. Councell loved her family. Her "family first" values will be how I remember her. She had a wonderful, happy and fulfilling life. I hope the fantastic memories you have of her life give you comfort in the days ahead.

My family is saddened to have heard of your loss but also know she was waiting to be with the Lord. How fitting that it was on Easter Sunday. I will never forget her amazing artistic talents. Who else could create the most beautiful tablecloth out of Swiss napkins?
My grandchildren couldn't wait to visit the "Playroom" at their house on Greenleaf Circle. They knew this was a very special room and were honored to be invited!

Love to you all and what joy we have in Christ. Aunt Barbara is finally at rest with her Savior. And the last of her siblings to make it Home. I loved her sweet spirit and the joy she shared. I won't forget the trip we took to Europe together. We laughed the whole time. And every night she would read us the Daily Light. She would always bring our thoughts back to the Lord.
